June is one of my favorite months of the year because it marks the arrival of the strawberry season in Wisconsin. Big, juicy berries find their way into everything from shakes to pies to sauces. And, of course, the finest find their way to my mouth with little adorning them at all! Everyone seems to have a favorite berry ... and that's good news. They are high in fiber, low in calories and pack a substantial nutritional punch. So, this month, we're asking you to share your favorite berries. Feel free to offer some great ways to enjoy them too!

Each month, we ask a different question here. Your answers and feedback will appear below in the comments section. We encourage you to check out everyone else's answers and make comments and suggestions. This is a great way to get to know people who love reading this electronic magazine. Who knows, your next Internet friend may be a few clicks away!
