Happy New Year! With a new year comes the opportunity to make positive changes in our lives. Whether it's losing a bit of weight, becoming more active, or finding that dream job, we all have goals that we'd like to accomplish in the coming year. So this month, we're asking you to share yours! You can also feel free to offer hints and tips you intend to use to get there. Who knows? You might be helping someone else accomplish their resolutions too!

Each month, we ask a different question here. Your answers and feedback will appear below in the comments section. We encourage you to check out everyone else's answers and make comments and suggestions. This is a great way to get to know people who love reading this electronic magazine. Who knows, your next Internet friend may be a few clicks away!
