Soup is the ultimate in comfort food. It's easy to make, reheats well and can warm you even on the coldest of days. Maybe that's why when the holidays are over and winter's starting to dig in its claws, stock pots everywhere are hoisted onto stoves and everything from tomatoes to chicken to cream find their way into steaming bowls. There are as many types of soup out there as there are cooks, so we're asking you to share your favorite varieties this month. Maybe you'll even find some new favorites!

Each month, we ask a different question here. Your answers and feedback will appear below in the comments section. We encourage you to check out everyone else's answers and make comments and suggestions. This is a great way to get to know people who love reading this electronic magazine. Who knows, your next Internet friend may be a few clicks away!
