All things kitchen-related are hot! Just turn on the television and you're bound to see someone whipping cream, flipping pancakes or BAM! ... seasoning steak. People building homes are including everything from wine cellars to commercial ranges. And cooking classes are filling up all over the country. So, this month, we're asking you to share the cooking courses that you're interested in taking. Are you looking to get a guide to the basics or are you yearning to learn to make the perfect pie? Whatever it is, we'd love to hear all about it!

Each month, we ask a different question here. Your answers and feedback will appear below in the comments section. We encourage you to check out everyone else's answers and make comments and suggestions. This is a great way to get to know people who love reading this electronic magazine. Who knows, your next Internet friend may be a few clicks away!
