We all know the most famous New Year's resolutions have to do with dieting and health. And why not? After over a month of indulgence, so many people are more than ready to turn over a new leaf. But, there are other resolutions out there too. Are you going to try to spend more time with your family? Maybe you're going to take that skydiving class you've always said you would. Or is your resolution more geared towards improving your surroundings? Whatever they are, resolutions are all about trying to improve our lifestyles. And shouldn't we encourage that -- whether or not the calendar says it's January 1st? In an effort to encourage you all, we're asking you to share your resolutions or thoughts about lifestyle changes for the New Year with us all.

Each month, we ask a different question here. Your answers and feedback will appear below in the comments section. We encourage you to check out everyone else's answers and make comments and suggestions. This is a great way to get to know people who love reading this electronic magazine. Who knows, your next Internet friend may be a few clicks away!
