This month's topping is a creamy maple topping that is sure to make you and your family feel like you're staying at an elegant bed and breakfast. If you want to make everyone feel really special, try adding candles and fresh flowers to your breakfast nook. Then, pull out the good china and silver and use cloth napkins. Hey, who says these special things are only for formal dinners? Breakfast becomes an event if you have a little fun putting it together.

This cinnamon maple cream is simply wonderful poured over hot waffles or pancakes. You can slice a little banana over them too. Appropriate accompaniments include sausage patties, fresh fruit salad and a variety of hot beverages (everything from tea to coffee to hot cocoa) and orange juice. However you choose to enjoy this sweet treat, please feel free to let us know of your cooking adventures!
