Welcome to another exciting issue of Seasoned Cooking! We have some great articles to share with you this month. Phil's International Flair brings you a huge selection of sushi recipes. With spring bursting in this month, doesn't a light meal of sushi and fresh vegetables sound wonderful? April also hosts the Easter holiday. If you need some ideas about how to prepare for it, check out our very own Easter Ideas. And, when Easter's over, we even have some ideas about what to do with your hard-boiled leftovers. Our new Readers' Corner is packed with some great comfort food recipes and some thoughts on pet-safe decorating. Packed Pockets features a great series of children’s cookbook reviews. What a great time to get kids involved in your cooking plans. There are so many great articles in this issue, I'll leave you to explore them all.
