Garlic Dill Dip

Creamy dips are infamous for their high fat content, but not this one! A combination of yogurt and low fat mayo gives you all of the flavor without the fat.
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried parsley
  • 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp. dried minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 c. plain yogurt
  • 1 c. low fat mayonnaise (you can also use nonfat mayo)
Combine all seasonings and mix until well blended. Add the seasoning mix to the remaining ingredients and mix. Chill for at least one hour before serving.
  • Yields: about 2 cups of dip
  • Preparation Time: 15 minutes, plus chilling time
